"Great little gem just a couple of miles off of the interstate. Great owners. Locally owned and operated. Great family. Super nice. Clean and well kept. A nice cafe in town that makes amazing breakfast sandwiches. Drag strip close by was pretty cool. Little bunnies and baby birds were so cute. Enjoyed my stay and definitely recommend. I stayed at the budget in town as well. Not too bad but prefer the Holiday. Thank you for having us."

"This place was old-school, minimalist and classy. It was incredibly clean and had a cute table/chair combo and a big easy chair and a fridge (with an actual freezer!) and microwave. It definitely is not modern so of you're needy you probably won't like it but it is a great value! The food truck is simple and VERY affordable. YES, it is near the train tracks and the train sounds all night but that's part of the appeal!"

"I will echo the sentiments of others. I stopped here after a very long day of driving. The room was clean, the shower hot, and the bed comfortable. John (the host) was so kind and yes, the food trailer in the parking lot made the end of day search for something to eat, easy. It's a low-key, old-school motel. It's not fancy but I don't need fancy. I want kind, clean, and comfortable and this place had it all. Sadly, I didn't get to see what the town had because I left early but I'd love to travel back through someday."
