"I will echo the sentiments of others. I stopped here after a very long day of driving. The room was clean, the shower hot, and the bed comfortable. John (the host) was so kind and yes, the food trailer in the parking lot made the end of day search for something to eat, easy. It's a low-key, old-school motel. It's not fancy but I don't need fancy. I want kind, clean, and comfortable and this place had it all. Sadly, I didn't get to see what the town had because I left early but I'd love to travel back through someday."

"This place was old-school, minimalist and classy. It was incredibly clean and had a cute table/chair combo and a big easy chair and a fridge (with an actual freezer!) and microwave. It definitely is not modern so of you're needy you probably won't like it but it is a great value! The food truck is simple and VERY affordable. YES, it is near the train tracks and the train sounds all night but that's part of the appeal!"

"Great family run motel for long distance thru cyclists. The owners are so helpful and friendly. Food truck on the property was very convenient for exhausted cyclists. Would highly recommend."

"Looks like they have new owners that are very friendly and go out of their way to be nice and helpful. The room was super clean and smelled great. Plus there is an amazing food truck parked there! I will definitely stay here everytime!!"
